What this website is for

The site describes the services we offer and lets you ask for a quote. It is general information. It is not technical, security, legal or safety advice for your particular building or situation.

Not for emergencies

Do not use this website or the quote form to report an emergency, an alarm, a break-in or a fire. Call 911. Messages sent through the site are not monitored around the clock.

Quotes, prices and services

• Sending a quote request does not place an order and does not create a contract.
• A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us. It can change once we see the site or learn more about the job.
• Prices shown on the website, including “starting at” prices, are starting points. They can change and are not a binding offer.
• Any work we do for you is covered by the written estimate, proposal or agreement we give you for that job. If that document and this website disagree, the document controls.
• Some services are not available in every location. Some are provided together with partner companies.

Pictures and examples on the site

The screens, diagrams and drawings on this site are illustrations of the kinds of systems we work with. The device names, camera views, people and figures in them are made-up examples. They do not show any real customer, building or system. Project photos, where shown, are of real work unless they are marked as a sample.

Other companies’ names

Product and company names mentioned on this site, such as Uniview, UniFi, NinjaOne, YouTube and Facebook, belong to their owners. We mention them to describe what we install or work with. Unless we say otherwise, that does not mean those companies sponsor or endorse us.

Our content

The text, design, logo, drawings and photos on this site belong to Karst Technology or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. Please do not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without asking us first.

Using the site fairly

When you use the site, you agree not to:
